Angels above us

Thank you to my Aunt Linda who sent me these photos, and encouraged me to write a poem about them while she was on vacation. To me the cloud looked like an angel's wing. I believe in signs from above, and I believe this was a sign that those who have gone before us are watching over us! 

       It is so important to take time to enjoy the beauty around us, and just take in the sights we see, and the sounds we hear, and listen to the messages that might be being given.  I love cloud gazing, and so I especially loved this challenge.

"Angels above us"

My sweet aunt saw this island overlooking a gorgeous cloud,

It was so stunning I had to say it out loud.  

It looks like an angels wing, having a good time,

I just had to put into a rhyme. 

It's definitely God's masterpiece,

Can I stay here forever please?

Oh how I love cloud gazing,

There's nothing better; it's truly amazing!

Take the time to just be,

Enjoy the beauty of what you see!

I believe God is sending you a sign,

A message from a loved one passed on, when the sun and stars align! 

Never stop believing, they are still with you,

It's proof that their love is true! 

Forever with you they will always be,

Watching out for you and me
